Lilleby is an attractive and central residential area with immediate proximity to grocery stores, both train and bus stops in the same street, a gym, and beautiful green areas. It is walking distance to Solsiden and Trondheim city center, Ladestien and Korsvika with great swimming opportunities, and five minutes walk to Havet sauna and Nyhavna Padel. The café Snurr and Nyhavna bistro are nearby, as well as Finnes villa / Lilleby pub - and restaurant. Flexible on move-in up to a week before October 1st.
