Some kitchen utensils. 1 Hallway. 1 Living room with sofa lounge, some cabinets and shelves, dining table, reading corner, TV, wood stove, and associated terrace (evening sun). 1 Parking space in the driveway (alternatively in the carport for an additional rental fee) 1 Small patch of lawn. The rent includes electricity (up to an average usage (kW/h) based on last year) and internet. There is a wood stove in the living room, firewood must be provided by the tenant. Storage of firewood to be agreed upon. The house consists of two apartments where the rental part is on the 2nd floor. This is an older house that is somewhat noisy, so the tenant must respect this. 1 of 2 landlords lives on the 1st floor. The Rossedalen area is suitable for someone with a car, motorcycle, or similar. Or if you don't mind a bit of exercise. 3km to bus or train. By car, it is approx. 15 min to Arendal center, 10 min to Froland, 20 min to Grimstad, and 1 hour to Kristiansand. For bus and train, check Rise station, Rise bus stop, and Libru bus stop. Graskjerrveien 8 is quietly situated in the middle of the forest, second to last in a cul-de-sac. There are plenty of hiking opportunities right outside the door. Short distance to swimming spots and good neighbors. In winter, one must be prepared for a fair amount of snow shoveling as there can be quite a bit of snow in Rossedalen. The driveway itself is plowed. No smoking indoors is allowed. Small animals such as rodents are allowed. On the property and in the 1st floor, the cat Per also lives. The tenant must tolerate and preferably like this fellow. The tenant should have references.
