This is a bright 4-room apartment on Koön with a fantastic view of Marstrandsön. The apartment includes a southeast-facing patio with space for about 8 people. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with space for two guests. The kitchen is functional with dining space for six people, and a dishwasher, stove, and fridge/freezer. The layout is open and flexible, but two rooms are walkthrough rooms. This means that in practice, the residence has two separate bedrooms. It is suitable both for a small family and for some students who want to share a dwelling. In addition to the patio door, it is possible to enter the apartment both via the kitchen and via an entrance shared with the neighbor one floor up.
