Hello! We have an apartment, basement level in our house in Önnered, Västra Frölunda, within walking distance to the sea. We are now looking for a calm, "tidy" tenant without pets for the apartment that is 1 room and kitchen, about 25 sqm, partially furnished, and a bathroom with a shower. A small patio is available for the tenant. There is parking available for one car. The rent is 9000 SEK and includes wifi, electricity, and water.
