This is a one-bedroom apartment on Koön, just a few minutes from the bus stop to the city and the ferry to Marstrandsön. The apartment includes a wonderful east-facing terrace. The residence consists of a sleeping area with two good beds, as well as a living room area with a small sofa, dining table, and cabinets. There is also a larger "cat loft" with standing height where a narrow bed just fits, but it's probably best suited for summer stays. The rest of the year, it's great for storage. The bathroom is bright with a toilet and shower and a window. The kitchenette lacks a window and is of simple standard. It includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, a small stove with two plates and an oven, a sink, and space for kitchenware. To reach the apartment, you go up a narrow staircase. Therefore, the residence may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The rent includes electricity, heating, and water but not the cost of broadband. It's a short walk to Hedvigsholmen's fine seaside bath, and it takes 2-3 minutes to walk to Coop and Bergs confectionery.
