We are offering our apartment near Kauppi campus for renting starting 10.8.2026. The apartment address is Kinnarinkatu 12, approximately 5 minutes by bike or 15 minutes walking from the Kampus Kauppi of Tampere University. Good public transport connections (bus and tram) nearby, and close to Lidl, the Kalevan Prisma complex, and the Kale shopping center. The apartment includes 2 rooms + kitchen + alcove + bathroom, with a sauna in the housing company. The apartment is approximately 65m2 + alcove, with a sloping ceiling. The surrounding environment is a quiet residential area with several parks and walking routes nearby. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building constructed in the 1930s, with a total of 6 apartments in the housing company. The apartment is modernized. The housing company has a large yard with the possibility for personal plantings. Yard work (mowing, snow removal, etc.) is done communally.
