If necessary, the move can be arranged in November. - Rent €500 / month - Advance payment for running expenses (100 Mbit/s internet, water, electricity, insurance) €70 / month - Furniture €180 / month - Total €750 / month - Deposit €750 🏠🔨🧘🛏️🚌🧖🫙🏋️🧺🅿️ - 29 m^2 furnished studio on the 6th floor - The building has two elevators - Very clean and renovated three years ago - Quiet neighbors who are almost silent - Furniture includes all necessities, e.g., bed, TV, sofa, electric desk, 2 office chairs, dishwasher, dishes, and cooking utensils (microwave, coffee maker, etc.), large fridge and freezer - Good transport connections to the city center (nearest bus stop in front of the door, night bus stop 500m away) - Weekly sauna access - Free gym available - Two free laundries available - Additional own parking space or sauna session can be booked for a fee (on-street parking is free) If you need the apartment, please contact me and tell me about yourself.
