Now you have the opportunity to rent our lovely and popular house in Vitaby, Simrishamn municipality in Österlen, for half a year (October 2026 – April 2027). We wish to rent out to a maximum of three adults or a couple with a maximum of two children. The house is very comfortable and is rented out fully furnished. With a short car or bike ride, you can reach both Kivik and Sankt Olof, where there are ICA stores, cafes, restaurants, a cinema, a yoga studio, and other services. The bus stop is right across from the house if you want to travel further to Brösarp or Simrishamn. From there, there are also good connections to Tomelilla, Ystad, Kristianstad, Lund, and Malmö. Included in the rent: water and sewage (VA), garbage collection, and internet. * Note: Electricity is paid by the tenant.
