The apartment has a loft that can accommodate a larger mattress. In the corner of the hearth room, there's an original, functional wood stove for heating the apartment and cooking meals. A sheltered courtyard forms in the middle of the housing company's buildings, with an outbuilding at the far end that houses a postal room and sauna. The area is a green wooden house neighborhood with all services nearby: a shop, bakery, and café. The city center is a short walk away, as is the riverside and Kakola. The transport connections are excellent by bicycle or bus. In addition to rent, the tenant is responsible for the water charge (€14/resident/month) and electricity.
