The building has a sauna and a laundry room. The bathroom has a bathtub. The rental period is negotiable and, if necessary, the rental period can start before 21.8. The rent is 500€/month + 35€/month for water. The rent includes a parking space. The rental deposit is 1 month's rent. My landlord expects the subtenant to have home insurance for the rental period.
