A cozy apartment with two rooms. For rent to one person, a couple, or two friends. No children or pets. Hope you like nature because it's a stone's throw from the water. 8 min walk to the subway. 30 min to T-Centralen. The kitchen is a kitchenette with an oven, hotplate, and washing machine. Private bathroom with shower. We are a family with small children living in the same property but in a completely separate part. If we are interested, please write a presentation about yourselves.
