Rent: 4,886 SEK/month * Electricity is additional according to individual metering * Heating, hot water, and cold water are included * Broadband is included via a mandatory cost of 150 SEK/month * TV via Telenor IP-TV * There is a laundry room in the courtyard with self-dosing washing machines.
