Hello! My name is Nisse and I'm looking for new servants. I am a very sociable six-year-old outdoor cat with access to my entire house, so I like to drop by for a visit from time to time. My main servant lives downstairs and has her four-year-old on Mondays, Tuesdays, and every other weekend. They are calm and well-behaved except on Thursdays when she invites her choir home for singing in the evening. The house is situated high up with fantastic views of the city. The entrance is shared but spacious, and the upstairs is accessed via the first staircase to the right inside the entrance. The upstairs is rented out as a separate apartment with two large bedrooms of about 18 m² floor space each, a newly built kitchen in open plan with a living room and dining area, a shower room with WC, laundry room, and storage. The rooms are furnished, but there is plenty of space to put your own stamp on the living quarters. The rent includes water, electricity, garbage collection, Wi-Fi, and parking. Possibility for electric car charging is available at an extra cost. Eketrägatan is the nearest hub with plenty of communications and you are in the center in fifteen minutes. For those who want a shorter walking distance, there is also the Skeppsbyggaregatan stop nearby. Suitable for a quiet person, a couple, or two friends who want to share accommodation.
