Hello, I am studying in another city and will therefore rent out two rooms in my apartment. From time to time either I or my daughter will stay over the weekend/holiday with our cat but otherwise, the apartment will be completely empty. Looking for a small family/couple without small children and pets or students, preferably female tenants. You should be calm and well-behaved. Smoking/partying/drinking is not allowed. The apartment is located in a quiet family area close to the school, subway, city center, and with good communication to the bus stop Älvsjö and Karolinska University Hospital Huddinge. The rent is 5000kr/month/room and one month's deposit along with three months' notice from both parties. We will sign a sublease agreement.
