Revesandveien, Færvik

Great part of a newer duplex in an established residential area on the west side of Tromøya, the largest island in Sørlandet, with walking distance to the sea and proximity to the idyllic Rævesand which is a summer idyll. From the pier at Rævesand, you can take the ferry over to Merdø, a gem in the sea, where the ferry trip itself is an experience. You also have immediate proximity to great hiking trails and paths that lead into a nicely developed lighted trail of about 2.2 km with a football field and Tjennavannet at the other end. On Tromøy you will find several beaches and bathing spots, Hove which is a little paradise, Bjellandstrand, and Lille Danmark which is something truly unique. It is about 3 km to Roligheden school with grades 1-10, and a short drive to Tromøytunet which, among other things, offers a grocery store, pharmacy, clothing store, hairdresser, medical center, etc.
