The apartment is rented out for 1 year starting in October 2026 until October 2027. Furnishing: Rented furnished with basic furniture – sofa, bed, dining table, desk, and wardrobe. Note: Textiles (e.g., curtains, bed linens, towels) and kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, pots, etc.) are not included. Communications: It takes about 12 minutes to walk to both Telefonplan subway station and Älvsjö commuter train station. The bus also stops right outside the building and takes you there in about 5 minutes if you don't want to walk. To proceed with the rental, you need to be able to present and leave copies of: Valid ID / identification. Employment contract (or other proof of regular income). Proof of home insurance. Deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent. References from previous residences/landlords.
