I am looking for a roommate for a calm and cozy home in the center of Kerava, right next to the train station. The total rent of the apartment is 745 € + 27 € water/person. The available room is 340 € / person + water. The apartment has been recently renovated and is in good condition. It has two rooms, and the smaller room (13 m²) is available for rent. There is also a shared kitchen and storage space. The room is rented unfurnished. The kitchen includes basic dishes, a fridge, and a freezer. There are pets in the apartment, but they mostly stay in a separate room and are not in the shared spaces.
