Hello, we are a married couple living in a terraced house. We are renting out a furnished room in the locality of Bohus, which is located in Ale municipality north of Gothenburg. It takes just under 10 minutes to walk to Bohus station where commuter trains run with approximately 15 minutes travel time to Gothenburg Central Station. You can search for your destination on Västtrafik's website. We have previously rented out this room on Qasa and AirBnB. If you rent this room, we will be three people living in the terraced house and sharing the kitchen and laundry room. The terraced house is newly renovated and is located in a nature-close and peaceful area with good connections to Gothenburg, Kungälv, and Trollhättan. If you like nature, it is close to Jennylund, Vättlefjäll, and the Bohusleden trail. You get your own bedroom without a TV, your own bathroom with a shower, and a separate entrance. The house has parking at the front and a backyard with garden furniture during the summer months. Electricity, heating, and internet are included in the rent. There is the possibility of extending the rental contract.
