Hello, I am a medical student who spends most of the time in the hospital. I am renting out a room in my nicely furnished apartment (79 sqm, 3 rooms) in Granloholm. The apartment is furnished and includes everything you need. The room is 20 sqm, also fully furnished. In the kitchen, there is everything you need (dishwasher, microwave with all other accessories). There is also a shared laundry room, as well as a large and nice balcony. Must be pet & smoke-free and not have any payment remarks (credit check will be carried out (No requirement for login to bank ID for credit check). Wi-fi, heating is included in the rent but not electricity. There is a storage room that we can share. There is an opportunity to arrange a parking space but it is not included in the rent. Very good bus connection (3 bus stops 5 minutes walk from the apartment). ICA 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. 15 minutes walk to the hospital. There is very nice nature and a lake very close that is suitable for daily walks.
