Stubbetorp was renovated and expanded in 2014. Geothermal heating and underfloor heating on both floors, a wood stove in the kitchen, and a fireplace in the bedroom. The old main entrance has not been used much as it is on the wrong side of the house, but there is a 0.5 room with a view over pastures and forest, a good place for an office. Stubbetorp is located in the forest, 7.4 km from Norsholm and 9 km from Kimstad Station. Water, garbage collection, and septic tank emptying are included in the base rent, but for heating and electricity, one arranges their own agreement; fiber is available. A stable with 3 boxes is available to rent in addition to the house, also built in 2014 in the nearby outbuilding. Price on request.
