Modern kitchen with oven, hob and dishwasher, toilet with shower and washing machine as well as bedroom/living room upstairs. Air heat pump with AC. All furniture and kitchen utensils, sheets, towels etc. are included, just move in and live. Electricity and parking are included in the rent. Bus 107 is a 7-8 minute walk away. The rent includes everything, electricity, heating, parking, internet. The cottage functions as an additional house on my property.
