Colorful 2-room apartment in Kville!! For rent partially furnished. Conveniently located with close proximity to nature (Ramberget) and also near Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen (about 8 minutes' walk) where it takes about 5 minutes by tram/bus to get to Brunnsparken. Close to a small Willys (about a 5-minute walk) and also Backaplan (about an 8-minute walk) where there are several shops. Water, heating, electricity, and internet are included in the rent. Please note that not all furniture shown in the pictures will be in the apartment when it is rented out. Furniture that will be available: bed, bedside table, wardrobe, kitchen table, 4 kitchen chairs, hall mirror, hooks/shelf in the hall, and various shelves. Since I have renovated the entire apartment myself and spent a lot of time fixing all the surfaces, I am looking for a tenant who can take good care of the apartment while I rent it out. So, taking responsibility and maintaining the apartment well is a high priority for me :).
