The apartment is located in Lunden near Danska Vägen, with 50 meters from the 60 bus stop or you can take a shorter walk down to Redbergsplatsen where many buses and trams run. At Redbergsplatsen, there are also restaurants, cafes, shops, grocery stores, and more available. The apartment is located in a quiet area with proximity to various walking paths and green spaces. The apartment is a fresh 2-room on the third floor with a renovated kitchen (2018), newly renovated floor (2023). The balcony has a fantastic view with afternoon and evening sun. The apartment is rented fully furnished. Everything except electricity is included in the rent. A parking space is available in the association either with or without a charging post (additional cost if so), there is naturally a queue system for this. There is also a guest room in the association that can be rented for about 300 SEK/night in case you have visitors. The apartment is rented out to a maximum of 2 adults with children. I am renting out the apartment because I have employment in another location.
