Hello, My name is Julius Andersen and I am renting out a room in my apartment starting from September 1st. I am also renting out another bedroom in the apartment. There is a bathroom in the apartment that is shared by everyone. The kitchen and living room are common areas, and there is one small shared balcony available for use. In the bedroom being rented out, there is a bed and a private balcony for use overlooking a cozy courtyard. There is a laundry room in the basement floor which has a small cost for each wash. The apartment is otherwise partially furnished, and the electricity in the apartment is shared equally among everyone in the shared living space and settled every month. Pets are not allowed.
