The balcony is at ground level, but the apartment entrance is a few steps away (hillside plot). In front of the balcony is a forest view with no neighbor immediately next door. The building has an elevator. The apartment includes a separate laundry room with space for a washing machine and drying rack. There is also a laundry room in the building. The kitchen is well equipped, refurbished during the surface renovation. Nova Hospital is within walking distance, as well as the nearest grocery store, school, daycare, parks, and library. There is also a lot of nature nearby, with jogging and outdoor trails starting right at the doorstep. Public transport works well. A parking space is available for rent from the building, as well as sauna shifts. The building has a 10M internet connection available (included in the rent) and a small gym/fitness room downstairs. In addition to the rent, water and electricity are charged separately (fixed at 35€/month). Pets are not generally allowed, but this can be negotiated.
