Cozy one-room apartment located in Hjortmossen. Internet, TV, parking, heating, and water are included in the rent. The association has several benefits that tenants can use, gym, sauna, several laundry rooms, carpet washing room, ping pong table, and more. I have left some furniture in the apartment, including a bed, sofa, and TV bench. These can be left if desired, otherwise, I will empty the apartment completely. I am renting out this apartment as I haven't been able to sell it; it is up for sale. If my real estate agent wants to book a viewing, the tenant needs to help tidy up and not be in the apartment during the viewing, this is done in communication with me. I myself still live in Trollhättan and will be available for questions and concerns.
