Unique and seaside living on the car-free island of Tranholmen. The house is located on the eastern part of Tranholmen. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the SL ferry and then 12 minutes crossing to Ropsten. In winter, there is also a walkway bridge to Stocksund. The Attefall house is newly built and has a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a living room on the upper floor, and a hallway, a larger and smaller bedroom on the lower floor. The tenant is expected to help with chores like snow shoveling and occasional garden tasks such as watering and lawn mowing. The house is rented furnished and, in addition to furniture and kitchenware, is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and heating via an air heat pump. The rent includes internet (5G router) as well as fees for water, waste management, etc. The cost for the electricity used is added (average 500kr/month). A one month's rent is placed as a deposit. For two months in the summer, the house is used by the owners. After that, there is an opportunity to rent again from mid-August 2027 to mid-June 2028.
