I offer a room in my apartment near Sergels torg on Norrmalm for accommodation. The apartment is modern and located on the 4th floor. There is a spacious elevator. The accommodation is quiet and safe, without music or parties. Smoke and drug-free. You have the bedroom and toilet/shower to yourself at night. I sleep in the other room. I am 61 years old, a social worker, and a CBT counselor/couples therapist. I am happy to offer development sessions based on CBT if desired. The apartment has a security door. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are installed. The kitchenette with new fridge, freezer, and stove with ceramic hob is of course free to use. It is easy to get laundry times in the fully equipped laundry rooms. Electricity is included. There is a possibility to arrange a place where you can work. Across the street is the Government Offices, and it is empty in the evenings and weekends. The bedroom has a spacious 105 cm wide bed, I have been renting out to lodgers for about 10 years and am used to it.
