Four large windows let in plenty of daylight, and since the property is not completely below ground level, you will not get the typical basement feel. **Electricity billed later /internal meter*** A little about us - important We live on the floor above and have two small children – a daughter aged 1 and a son aged 4. We wish to be open about the fact that, despite soundproofing, there will be some noise from our daily life. Small children run, play, and drop things on the floor, and unfortunately, this cannot be completely eliminated. On weekdays, the children are in kindergarten, so it is usually quiet at home during the day. However, some more activity and noise in the afternoons, weekends, and school/kindergarten holidays should be expected. Therefore, we wish to find a tenant who is comfortable with this as we want a good living environment for both parties. We do not want our children to be perceived as a burden, and we believe that clear expectations from the start is the best way to create a pleasant and lasting rental relationship. The studio is a legally approved rental unit and received a completion certificate from the municipality in 2026. Approved for permanent residence and meets current requirements for, among other things, daylight, escape route, and other residential requirements. This provides a safe and regulation-compliant home for the tenant, and fire/smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are included. Kitchen/living room/bedroom - Large kitchen with good storage and workspace. - Built-in dishwasher - Plenty of space for a dining table. - The pictures of the furnishings are AI-generated as suggestions - Sleeping alcove with space for a double bed - Comes with a combined washer and dryer. Practical information - We are currently renovating the bedrooms in the main house and will therefore use the apartment as a temporary bedroom for some months. Planned rental is from late autumn. We can commit from December 1st - Viewing can be arranged during renovations. - We want to take a little extra time to find the right tenant for a long-term rental. - Quiet and attractive location near Grini Golf Course. - The countryside offers great hiking, running, and outdoor opportunities right outside the door. - Short distance to public transportation, shops, and other services.
