The house being rented out is a guest house on a lot that is attached to a garage, with its own entrance from the lot into the residence. Fresh, relatively new part that is relatively unused. Possibility to park a bicycle on the lot, additionally also a car on the driveway during the period we are not there ourselves (we use the main house as a summer/vacation home). Double bed, wardrobe, dresser, dining table with two chairs and a small kitchen with a fridge with freezer compartment. Stove and oven. Bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a TV on the wall, but I don't think the internet reaches there and therefore the tenant is urged to arrange it themselves. There is no washing machine. Bed linens, duvets, and pillows are to be arranged by the tenant themselves. It is suggested to be rented by a student who needs accommodation during the study period, where one goes home on weekends and has the opportunity to do laundry there.
