Two-story terraced house in the revitalizing Masala. The house represents one of Masala's first homes, built in line with the 70s brutalist charm. The small private garden is shielded from view by magnificent, original hedge trees. Sunlight graces the yard from midday until sunset. A remote-controlled awning provides sun protection for sitting on the terrace. Inside, the apartment has been tastefully renovated – it has been featured in several home magazines and the Helsinki Sanomat Home supplement. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor, with space for a small washing machine (the building also offers a communal laundry room and drying room, which are freely available to residents). By train, you can reach Helsinki Central Station in less than 40 minutes. There is also an HSL local bus departing from just outside (5 minutes walking), which can take you to places like Espoo's Iso Omena and further by metro to Helsinki. The tenant maintains the front and back lawns tidy (the building's lawn mower is available for use). The building handles snow removal for common areas and the parking area.
