a newly built apartment of 40 square meters with its own entry in a large villa in central handen, consisting of 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining area, and bathroom. several bus stops and the health center are a 2-minute walk away. commuter train and shopping center are a 10-minute walk. water 30 minutes' walk, large stores are also within walking distance. the children have moved out, so we do not need such a large space. the monthly rent is 11500 plus electricity. wifi, water, garbage collection, and own parking are included in the rent, only the electricity bill is additional.
