The ground floor consists of a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed and sofa bed as well as large wardrobes, a spacious hall with storage and a laundry corner (washing machine, dryer, and hanging possibilities) and a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. The upper floor consists of a large room with a fully equipped kitchen and living room. Note the upper floor is accessed via stairs from the outside. Included in rent: accommodation, parking, internet, and furniture Not included in rent: electricity, water, and waste fees We live ourselves in the main building and are looking for a tenant (1-2 people) who wants to enjoy our quietly located guest house on the outskirts of Rängs Sand at a convenient commuting distance from Malmö/Copenhagen.
