Hello :-) Renting out a bright, cozy, space-efficient studio, which is part of a semi-detached house, centrally located in Røa. 8 min. walk to the subway and bus that takes you to the city in 10 min. The studio was built in 2019 and consists of a bedroom/alcove, studio kitchen, bathroom, small laundry room with washing machine, and a separate toilet. The studio kitchen has a refrigerator, hotplate, studio stove, microwave, and all standard kitchenware. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washbasin with cabinet underneath. The bedroom is furnished with a 1.20 m bed, blackout pleated curtain, two built-in wardrobes, desk, office chair, and flat screen on the wall. The bedroom has a window facing a quiet back garden, which you are welcome to use. The studio is rented out to 1 person, and the rent includes electricity, internet, and a free parking space on the road about 50 meters from the house. It is an 8-10 min. walk to Røa center, with Røa subway station, bus, shops, shopping centers, SATS gym, swimming pool, restaurants, cafes, library, post office, bank, liquor store, pharmacy, etc. From Røa subway station, it's 5 stops and about 10 min. to Majorstuen. About 3 km. to Lysaker train station and CC-Vest shopping center. Bogstadvannet and Lysakerelven are within walking distance, with nice swimming opportunities and beautiful nature trails. We have a kind dog, in case you are allergic or not fond of dogs. 1 month mutual termination notice. I am renting out the studio because my sons have moved out. Welcome :-)
