My daughter is going to start high school in another city and we will move then, which is why I need to rent out our apartment for at least 1 year. I am looking for a responsible tenant, calm (no big parties, as it is a quiet building) tenant without children with a good financial standing. The apartment is partially furnished, but the upcoming tenant needs to arrange bed etc. on their own, as the room is empty, although mattresses are available if the tenant needs them. It is also okay if the tenant wants to get more furniture of their own. On the ground floor, there is a gym, a Willys, and good public transport connections, bus and train. The rental is for at least 1 year. Please note, for the right person, a background check will be conducted before moving in. Preferably move-in from September 1st.
