The apartment is rented out unfurnished, but includes appliances. A basic package with TV/internet is included in the rent. The tenant signs their own electricity subscription. I am looking for a long-term lease with three months' mutual notice period. The apartment is centrally located, with a short distance to grocery stores, public transport, and pleasant dining places.
