The room is located in its own part of a large, old apartment, facing the street. The images are partly own photos, partly older real estate photos, and partly current tenant's photos. Own toilet. The room is accessible both from the corridor and the dining room. Access to shower, dining room, and kitchen is included, as well as cleaning every other week. The dining room is directly adjacent to the rented room. It can also be used as a study. A small wardrobe is available in the room. A part of a cabinet in the hallway can also be used. Suitcase and one or two moving boxes can be stored in external storage. Extremely central location with very good communications - seven minutes' walk to Central Station. Well-behaved and not too large dog may be accepted. I am renting out because the room would otherwise be unused and because I enjoy small talk in the kitchen. New tenant desired because my previous one moved to their own accommodation on August 1st. The previous tenant can be contacted as a reference. I prefer individuals with higher education and intellectual interests, preferably non-Swedes who speak good English. Primarily looking for a tenant planning to stay at least one year.
