Short-term rental. Brick villa in Storhaug from the early 1900s with 3 housing units. 10 min. walk to all amenities in the city center, hiking areas. The apartment, which is on the 1st floor, is 76 sqm and consists of a shared main entrance, small hallway, spacious living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with exit to terrace/garden at the back. From the living room, there is a staircase down to a basement living room with a double sofa bed. Electricity is included in the rent. Otherwise, I use mobile broadband with a router that can easily be connected, so the internet is not initially included. This can be discussed as needed. Nice neighbors and a cozy cat that belongs to the 2nd floor. There is zone parking in the street (two hours free) but free parking without zoning 150 meters further down the same street. I am renting out now for a period of 3 months due to travels.
