I am now renting out my nice and fully furnished 3-room apartment of 75 sqm from October 1st. The apartment is rented indefinitely with 2 calendar months' notice period. The apartment is rented fully furnished and is ready for moving in. The following is included in the rent: Full furnishing Electricity Internet Hot water Cold water Conditions: Move-in: October 1st Rental: Indefinitely Notice period: 2 calendar months 2 months' deposit, which is refunded upon moving out provided that the apartment and furnishings are returned in the same condition as upon moving in, apart from normal wear and tear. Rent is paid in advance no later than the 25th of each month. Please write a few lines about yourself, who will live in the apartment, employment, and desired move-in date. References are merits.
