The apartment is centrally located on Skånegatan, a stone's throw from Nytorget, which offers many restaurants, cafés, and small shops. A few minutes' walk away is the green metro line and several inner city buses from Skanstull and Medborgarplatsen. Despite the central location, the apartment is surrounded by greenery as the windows face the avenue on Katarina Bangata, and the balcony is placed over the green inner courtyard where the barbecue area can be used during the summer. Skånegatan has recently become a permanent pedestrian street, so there is no disturbance from any car traffic. The bed is 160 cm wide, and there is a dishwasher. Laundry room with two machines, dryer, drying cabinet, and mangle is in the basement, to which the elevator goes all the way down. The rent includes electricity, water, smart TV, and wifi. Rented furnished, but upon request, I can move smaller furniture.
