Larger bedroom in my 3-room apartment for rent. Furnished with a double bed (180), bookshelf, two wardrobes. You can further furnish and put your own touch on the room as you wish. We share the other areas. Bright, airy apartment with open-plan design. Large corner balcony with a nice view. (If you smoke, the balcony is where it happens btw) The laundry room is in the same building, so it's just an elevator ride down. Electricity is included in the rent. Quiet, nice neighbors in the building. About an 8-minute walk to the commuter train (about 20 minutes to Stockholm City) and the bus is down at Kallhäll C. A small shopping center where you will find Coop and Ica nearby. Some restaurants, cafés, and pubs. Lotto agents, hairdresser, nail salon, pharmacy, library... Many green areas and walking paths. Lake Mälaren is nearby. Nice swimming spot in the summer. Public areas with barbecue places and outdoor gym. Who am I then? Easygoing, wise, nice woman. In the fall, I will realize a dream and start studying. Changing my career path. Since I live in a large place and the finances will surely look different as a student, I am now thinking of renting out a room. I believe that with mutual respect and good communication, there will be no problem sharing the space. Of course, there's more, but just write and ask!
