I rent out my charming log villa in Pielavesi, Vaaraslahti Kyyhkyskylä ☀️ Available for shorter or longer periods, but not permanently, as it is used during the summers. It is available from the end of August to the end of May. The villa is a fully equipped and winter-habitable Kontio log villa built in 2004. It accommodates 6+2 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and, contrary to the picture, a full-size fridge-freezer), a bathroom, a utility room with a washing machine, and an indoor sauna heated by wood. Water from the water cooperative is supplied indoors. On the shore, there is another sauna, also with a wood-burning stove, in addition to a summer kitchen with a grill. The main house has an air source heat pump. There is also an insulated garage, so the car is protected from the winter. There is a possibility to charge an electric car, and fiber optic is coming during the fall, making it great for remote work. The villa is located on the shores of the clean and fish-rich Lake Hirvijärvi, on a hillside plot with stunning evening sun views. A very popular place for holidays or accommodations for work groups. Private beach and pier, rowing boat and SUP board available, sheltered plot with no view of neighbors. Good road access all the way. About 20km to Pielavesi center, about 30km to Kiuruvesi center. Price for the weekend Fri-Sun 300€, for the week Mon-Sun 500€. For longer periods ask for a quote, we will tailor a suitable package. Bed linen and final cleaning available for an extra charge.
