Detached house 39 m2 in Pori Kyläsaari on an 80 m2 plot, the living room is facing south, bright. Less than a kilometer to the village hall and the same distance to the shop. Warm storage 10 m2, two terraces, in front and back. 2 driveways from Keskutie, to the front and backyard. Front yard has lawn, backyard has gravel and lawn, hosta plantings. At the back of the yard, there's a planted group: large diamond thuja, yew, conical spruce, lilac bush, giant fleeceflower, large astilbe, many hostas. Place for a movable sauna. Ready place for a washing machine in the hallway. Socket in the wall for charging a car/car battery. In summer 2026, the following were done: walls washed and painted from the inside, as well as floors. Furniture replaced in the shower room, dishwasher and range hood serviced, electrical panel replaced, thorough maintenance of the air source heat pump, repair and painting of the front terrace railings, and a good parking place made in the front yard. Red gravel surrounding the house was cleaned. Gravel in the backyard was renewed. The plot has many diamond thujas, conical spruces, and a spruce hedge on the road side. The resident himself has to pay for water, electricity and fiber optic internet (is now something about 25 €/month), as well as waste fees. The lawn mower has to be purchased by themselves and the lawn mown. If the area is too large to mow the lawn, part of the front yard can be left unmown (alongside the fence).
