Welcome to our brand new house, built in 2025 in classic Swedish style, located at the highest point of the property with large windows and beautiful natural light. A spacious terrace surrounds the house and offers sun all day and direct access from both the kitchen and the living room. The large private garden also has sun all day and has a large trampoline for the children. Perfect for families, close to nature, a bathing lake, the sea, and easy access to Stockholm. The upstairs balcony is perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun among the treetops, while the private garden also gets sunshine from morning to evening. The house is spacious and perfect for families. The open kitchen connects to a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and forms the heart of the accommodation. On the other side of the fireplace, there is a dining area with a view of the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped laundry room. Upstairs there is a fantastic living room of 50 m² with windows facing three directions and direct access to a balcony among the treetops. There is a comfortable TV corner and a desk for work if needed. Upstairs, there are also two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed. The house is set in a large private garden with sun from sunrise to sunset. A beautiful bathing lake is on the same street as the house. The lake has a small beach, docks, and cliffs for swimming. We can also arrange access to a wood-fired sauna by the lake. The house is located in Nacka, a quiet and green area about 20 minutes from downtown Stockholm. The area is known for its charming villas from the late 19th and early 20th centuries and its proximity to several nature reserves. Many of the nearby nature reserves offer beautiful spots where you can swim in the sea or just enjoy the view. There are also several schools and kindergartens in the area. It's easy to get around: A bus to Slussen is a 5-minute walk away, and a scenic 15-minute walk takes you to the commuter boat that goes to Slussen and Strömkajen.
