From 1st of September, 2026, I am renting out ONE ROOM in my 3-room apartment (approx. 40 sqm) in Skrapan, Södermalm, on the 21st floor. The room is rented furnished with a comfortable 140 cm bed, wardrobe, large mirror, and desk. Subway: Medborgarplatsen / Skanstull. Very central location with several bus lines nearby, and within walking distance to Södra Station (commuter trains). We share the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas. I am therefore looking for a lodger. There is also an incredibly sweet and cuddly cat in the home! 🐾 A bit about me: 31-year-old registered nurse working full-time in shifts.
