Charming and well-planned apartment on a quiet and peaceful street in Hornstull, with a lovely location and very little visibility. The apartment has high ceilings and generous light influx, which gives an airy and homely feeling. One of the apartment's big highlights is the large and cozy south-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the sun for most of the day. For really hot summer days, there is also built-in AC, which makes the apartment pleasantly cool even when the temperature rises. Here you'll live with proximity to Hornstull's restaurants, cafes, shops, and communications, while beautiful walking paths and swimming opportunities along the water are just around the corner.
