Planning to rent out my apartment furnished from 1/9! The apartment is located in central Midsommarkransen with 50 meters to Coop & the red metro line, and close to the E4. If you have a car, there is relatively ample street parking in the area (zone 4). The rent includes rent, furnishing, internet, hot water. You pay your own electricity and home insurance in addition to the rent. You have access to the attic storage, I might need a small part but the majority will be at your disposal. An eventual extension after 1 year depends on whether the landlord approves this.
