Rental period: end of August/beginning of September (flexible move-in date) - 6 months (good opportunity for extension in 6-month intervals). About the apartment: * 46 sqm on the second floor * Rented out fully furnished * Balcony with a view of the courtyard * Fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment * Electricity, wifi/TV and hot water included About the area: * Quiet and modern. * Good commuting possibilities with a 5-minute walk to the central station and a bus stop 1 minute outside the door. * Close proximity to Willys, gym, cafés, and restaurants. * About a 10-minute walk to the University Hospital. * About a 15-minute walk to nature reserves and green areas along the river. I am looking for one or two responsible, calm, and non-smoking tenants. House-trained pets are of course welcome! Other: * Riksbyggen needs to approve you as a tenant before letting can proceed.
