One of the bedrooms has the bed placed in a loft, with the possibility of a workspace underneath. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a TV area and plenty of space for festive activities. The TV has access to all the common streaming services. The apartment is very centrally located, within walking distance to the shopping street Markens, the beach on Bystranda and Aquarama, fitness center, or for a walk in Bymarka. There is also a bus stop just outside the door that takes you directly to UIA, Sørlandsparken, or the zoo in just a few minutes.
