Hello! Our beautiful apartment is available for rent. It includes a large glazed balcony, two bedrooms, kitchen and dining area, an office room, a spacious living room, bathroom, as well as a spacious hallway and corridor. Large TV, all necessary kitchen appliances are available, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, wardrobes, etc. Furnishing for a family of 4-5 people is provided, which has worked excellently for us, a family consisting of two adults and two children. The furnishing can be adjusted as needed where possible. The office room can also become a bedroom. It is about 20 minutes to Gothenburg Central Station and 5 minutes to Bäckebok, 10 to Backa Plan and Wieselgrensplatsen. Directly outside is a playground, and with just a 2-3 minute walk, you reach both the bus stop and Kärra Centrum. Visitor parking is available. Electricity, water, heating, hot water, internet are included in the rent, without individual consumption reading and Carport parking with electric box for charging electric cars. No apartment below us. In addition to this, there is the possibility to book the association's sauna, carpenter room, and laundry room, even though the apartment itself is equipped with a washing machine. The residential area is quiet and family-friendly, with close proximity to preschools and schools. We are renting out due to travel. Flexible regarding move-in and move-out dates.
